All players who have tried cause serious malfunctions to window manager (Plasma
5 in particular goes out of use almost immediately) and still video playback is
choppy, but not as much as in the browser. VLC shows only a quarter (top left)
of the image.
To downgrade to Beta 1 would not know where to start ...
