sane-airscan will not load during xsane initialization unless libsane-airscan1 has also been installed. This prevents xsane from starting up; it exits with a "No devices available" error popup. Installing libsane-airscan1 resolves this issue. There should be a dependency to require the installation of libsane-airscan1 whenever sane-airscan is installed.
