Settings > Configure Kpatience > Game Theme

When game deck is changed, the selection does not persist on restarting the
game; it reverts to the default green background.  

Also: the OK button works to change the game theme, but the Apply button is
unclickable. 

The same issue was encountered on two different computers. It affects both the
distro install and the flatpak install. Uninstall and reinstall did not resolve
the issue for either. 

System one is a Ryzen 3600 with RTX 2080 with the same Plasma, kernel, etc. as
system two below.
