I'm not sure whether I understand correctly what the proper procedure is to fix
this bug. Simply removing "glibc-locale" as a listed dependency from the spec
file is not what you meant, I suppose? So apparently glibc-locales can be
removed only if some other changes are made in turn, and I don't know what
those changes are. Would you mind elaborating on the solution to this issue
that you'd like to see implemented?

Also, it's worth noting that the development project has recently updated to
guile 2.2.0. Not sure whether that makes a difference for this issue?
