xfce panel setting as intelligently or hide always, doesn't hide and a full screen window goes down the panel. 1. Right click on panel and select properties 2. set up intelligently or hide always 3. save and close 4. open full screen a program 5. see window goes down the panel, and panel doesn't hide a possible solution open a terminal sudo killall xfce4-panel xfce4-panel & or xfce4-panel -r
