As far I see there is an build require for SLES12 only in yast2-schema:

# Available on SLE (12) only, needs to be adjusted for next SLE
%if 0%{?suse_version} == 1315
BuildRequires: yast2-registration
%endif


So, Coolo that's not the reason for.
