OK, thanks.  I took a look at the relevant code and found some possible fix in
the upstream.
A test kernel with the fix is being built in OBS home:tiwai:bsc1161674 repo
now.  It'll take some time (an hour or so) until the build finishes.  Once
after that, the kernel package will appear at:
  http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/tiwai:/bsc1161674/standard/

And please give it a try.

Note that the kernel package version (more exactly the release number) will be
likely lower than the ones you've already installed, and it'll appear at the
end of GRUB menu.  Please boot with the right kernel after the installation.
