Comment # 3 on bug 1007702 from Antonio Larrosa

I extracted the libraries from akonadi-server into their own subpackages so
digikam (which depended on one of those libraries) now doesn't require
akonadi-server, but just a subpackage that only contains the library, and thus,
doesn't pull kdepim5. Also, the library subpackages required akonadi-server,
and I changed that to Recommend it instead.
