Comment # 10 on bug 1123699 from James Fehlig

In an attempt to make some progress on this bug, I've verified that yast2-vm
successfully creates a bridge on recent TW (20190226). This provides the info
requested from Michal.

WRT the info requested from Antoine: any openQA test that requires the default
network should ensure it is active, and activate it if not.

AFAICT, the only open issue is Joe's report in #8, which in fact matches the
bug Description. Joe, can you please answer my questions in #9? Thanks!
