Comment # 1 on bug 1132272 from Takashi Iwai

Could you try to pass lar_disable=1 option to iwlwifi module?  e.g. create a
file /etc/modprobe.d/60-iwlwifi.conf containing the following line:
  options iwlwifi lar_disable=1

then reboot and retest.
