Created attachment 624942 [details] tail (containing segfault) of /var/log/zypp/history from which $SUMMARY was copied https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1190454 looks likely same problem https://sourceware.org/ml/libc-alpha/2015-02/msg00191.html looks like patch to fix it https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:bmanojlovic:branches:Base:System/glibc looks like attempt to apply that patch in BS to glibc To reproduce, simply perform zypper dup on i586 without sse2. It happened to me on 3 different machines when new kernel was installed.
