Hm, you mean the %service_add_* macros, right? IMHO, these are not needed for klogd. The klogd service file has BindsTo and After dependencies to syslogd.service. So, it should be sufficient if syslogd.service is called with the systemd macros. Can you just remove the macro call for klogd and check whether that still works?
