AFAICS not yet. The latest submission (MR#287346-287349, from 2022-12-24) is
not yet released and libzypp-17.31.8 fix must not overtake it. 

If you can assert that libzypp-17.31.8 will not be released isolated before
MR#287346-287349, I can submitt is.
