No, SLE(RT) kernels are still using the old ringbuffer that has been supported
even by older crash versions.

Note that we explicitely restored the old ringbuffer in SLE15-SP2-RT to make
crash working. The lockless ringbuffer was not ready at that time, see the bug
#1174146.
