There is no 'official release' for 15.3: https://software.opensuse.org/package/rpmdevtools?search_term=rpmdevtools By checking the project in OBS: https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/openSUSE:Leap:15.3:Update/rpmdevtools I can't find any build for the package either. Is there another reason for the package to be not available in 15.3, or it was just forgotten? Thanks in advance, Marcos
