Development project -> moving to Tumbleweed. I think it has been repeatedly stated that KDE:Qt5 is required. https://build.opensuse.org/project/meta/KDE:Frameworks5 For one-click installs this is even added automatically. Building these binaries again would just duplicate things. Aggregates would be possible for the sake of putting all binaries into one published repository, but I trust the project maintainers here. The only thing I can think of is having a canonical one-click install that everyone is pointed to, containing the required repositories.
