HI since drop KDE4 and using PLASMA as default desktop for KDE there is a
trouble with HP application HPLIP Status Service.

The program can not start and end up with the messages 

"No system tray detect on this system
Unable to start, exiting"

I'm using the latest version from OSS repo:
Repository: Main Repository (OSS)
Name: hplip
Version: 3.15.6-1.2
Arch: x86_64
Vendor: openSUSE
Installed: Yes
Status: up-to-date


step to reproduce:
1. instal the latest openSUSE Tumbleweed
2. select KDE PLASMA as default desktop
3. install hplip
