Read Bug 1195650 this was the reason for explicitly requiring ffmpeg-3 without
realising that ffmpeg-3 didn't exist in Leap:15.3. Audacity searches for the
libavformat that it was built against and because although I tried to update
audacity for 15.3 the lv2 library and it's dependents I submitted sat for more
than three months and then were suddenly declined with no explanation.
I'm attempting to update for 15.4 but it's very confusing as to which library
comes from which project.
