This package seems to provide a linked file so that a number of linked files
can be created under /usr/lib to correctly support applications such as MySQL
Workbench which wish to use a generic library name rather than an explicit
library.

The link generated is incorrect and ends up as

   libmysqlclient_r.so -> libmysqlclient18.so.18.0.0

the correct link should be

   libmysqlclient_r.so -> libmysqlclient.so.18.0.0


Marked as Major as this currently stops products such as MySQL Workbench from
working and they do not report the error in a way that would allow a non linux
aware person from resolving the issue.
