I have not seen the same error

but seems like addservice (or something else) generates these .repo_1 files
which then use the same id.

I would expect that calling addservice would be an idempotent, where we'd not
add new repo files if existing files with same id exists.

Otherwise, I can add simple workaround to remove all service-related repo files
 prior calling addservice or e.g. in post uninstall.
