Comment # 14 on bug 1184430 from Dave Plater

I've sent sr#915155 to Factory but it is unresolvable due to an unknown change
for an opencv dependency.
Further, I may have to revert the change because the answer I received from 
https://github.com/mltframework/mlt/issues/274#issuecomment-908506034
states:
I do not know; I doubt it. I have not reproduced it, and it has been a lone
time since I tried. I generally avoid OpenCV now due to its version
compatibility problems. Also, no root cause was identified. It is my
understanding the Kdenlive AppImage includes OpenCV, but I do not do much with
kdenlive.

The bug in question was first found by a kdenlive user and was present in both
kdenlive and shotcut.

The fact that the Kdenlive AppImage includes OpenCV would indicate that there
isn't a problem
