I suppose you mean /etc/apparmor.d/abstractions/libvirt-qemu

Do your VMs use qcow2 disks backed by these devices? Please provide the VM XML.
Also, do you enable apparmor confinement of VMs in /etc/libvirt/qemu.con? E.g.

security_default_confined = 1
