go1.11 is not buildable on Leap 15.2 armv7, so there is no go compiler for armv7 in Leap 15.2. The fix is in devel:languages:go/go1.11 but SLE15SP2 (and thus Leap 15.2) still uses an older version from Feb 2019. Could we get a fix, either backport the fix [1] or update to current version of devel project? [1]: https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/785502
