On TW, it's part of the raspberrypi-firmware package now and no longer written
by openSUSE-MicroOS or kiwi-templates-JeOS.

openSUSE:Factory:ARM:Live/JeOS still writes that, reassinging. Not sure whether
all of those workarounds can be dropped. It also still disables HDMI hotplug.
