Next setup of tests was using Gnome-Xorg session. Mouse worked always. I did a new start with Dock attached and 4 mice (not all five) I did a suspend/resume with Dock attached and 4 mice I did a reboot with Dock attached and 4 mice. The issue seems to be a mix of many mice and the x-wayland layer?
