Comment # 6 on bug 1190871 from Anthony Agelastos

I just unplugged all entities from my desktop; these are listed below.

* webcam and microphone
* gaming headset
* bd-rw disc reader
* external SSD
* scanner
* monitor
* mouse
* keyboard

I went in via SSH and observed the frequency is still high and the interrupt
stuff still occurring. I re-ran the script, gathered new data, and put it all
into a compressed tarball and will upload that. So, the issue doesn't appear to
be with an external peripheral device. However, it may deal with, as previously
mentioned, my EVGA Geforce RTX 2070 and/or my motherboard. I will attach the
aforementioned tarball immediately after this comment.
