This was an oversight on my part when submitting the wlroots package. I'm unsure what the proper resolution for cases like this are. For sway, we have the v1.8 branch which will most likely be used for the new release soon, but this wlroots upgrade also breaks any other compositor (like wayfire) which also depend on wlroots<0.16.0 and don't have a new release anytime soon on the horizon. Should we (a) revert wlroots, (b) build sway, wayfire etc. from git, or (c) provide two versions of wlroots?
