I put in an email to the BAR mailing list just to make sure it's okay to keep it. If it's fine legally, I'd suggest closing this as a non-issue/WONTFIX. It's not installed by default so user has to manually do it - I think a simple warning for sexual/vulgar content in the description should do it, if we need anything at all.
