Comment # 4 on bug 1234583 from Filippo Bonazzi

It was not clear to me that approving a review of a SR of chezmoi to Leap, done
by somebody else, was an agreement for me to take on maintenance of chezmoi in
Leap.

Now that I know it, I will most likely ignore or decline such requests in the
future.

Now to handle this bug: if I can simply submit a Chezmoi version update to
latest in the affected codestreams, I will do that. If a version update is not
acceptable, I will submit a request for package removal.
