For this bug report, disregard any reference to text size and frames which is another bug report, but the Attachment PPT is an example of a non-working foot I don't know if my attempt to create a Footer is preserved, if you open Menu > View > Header and Footer... You may see that "Footer" is checked and Text about a copyright.
