* if manual=1 boot option is set, then linuxrc menu is accessible
  and key actions are correctly refreshing the menu.
* if installation started from this menu, then yast first menu is displayed.
* voluntarily abort the install on first yast menu.
* then switching back to a linuxrc menu and still have key actions correctly
refreshing the menu.

so manual=1 make the problem described in comment #0 to disappear.
