This appears to be fixed (via 061d484f6da666dd5cb14ae665eeb0d4611d36f7) with
the upstream samba-4.11.14 release, which will eventually make it into Leap
15.2. If you don't want to wait for the fix via the official channel you could
consider using the Factory 4.13.0 packages on the build service at
https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/network:samba:STABLE .
