I tested a newer version of openSUSE-TW
[openSUSE-Tumbleweed-ARM-GNOME-raspberrypi4.aarch64-2020.06.15-Snapshot20200625]
and confirmed that the latest wpa_supplicant-2.9-4.2 has fixed this issue. As
Clemens has suggested, the NetworkManager should be disabled in order to avoid
conflicts while configuring wlan interfaces.
