I also am seeing this mouse on white screen after boot using latest build. In
my case there was no transfer to a routine to set up a non-root user or change
root password which I thought rather strange. I did this via ssh. I also tried
setting the config.txt to use 128 memory, no change. dmesg is very helpful in
showing errors repeated many times.
