There are some translation updates on l10n.opensuse.org for package opensuse-welcome, but version in Tumbleweed is not updated. E.g. there are some updates for Czech translation including typo fixes, but Tumbleweed version of opensuse-welcome has same state of translation as openSUSE Leap 15.2.
