Thanks for confirming.

So let's close this as UPSTREAM, as the bug is reported there as well now (and
it is an upstream problem AFAICT).
If/when this gets fixed, we can add the fix to the openSUSE packages of course,
or just update them to the latest version.

phonon-backend-vlc is not installed by default in openSUSE.
