Apper was installed, I just removed it. No change though. This was an upgrade installation from 13.2 to Leap, not a fresh install if that matters. Hmm I just noticed I have a "Main Update" repository and a "Update Repository (Non-Oss)". Maybe that is causing the double error? ...nope I just tried disabling one, no change. (curious, how does the Software Updates app know that a repository is an 'update' repository?)
