Hi,
I've tried today and as i can see the plymouth is updated in main repo:

v  | plymouth | ����������                  | 0.9.5+git20200921+20778f2-307.22 |
x86_64      | Base:System Factory Devel Project (openSUSE_Factory)
i+ | plymouth | ����������                  | 0.9.5+git20200921+20778f2-1.1    |

So, i don't know should i change repo or is the bug resolved?
