Correction: "uk.map.gz" is in fact present at
"/usr/share/kbd/keymaps/legacy/i386/qwerty/"

But with "KEYMAP=uk" in "vconsole.conf" the map file is not found resulting in
the error "Failed to start Setup Virtual Console".
