Erm this has been forgotten as NEEDINFO flag wasn't cleared.

Leap 15.2 was already discontinued.  Please create a new entry if the problem
is still seen on Leap 15.3 (at best test with Leap 15.4).
If it's seen on TW, create another bug, too.
