Done ... works:

d248:~ # systemctl is-enabled nfsserver.service
disabled
d248:~ # /etc/init.d/nfsserver start 
redirecting to systemctl start nfsserver.service
d248:~ # uptime
 10:38am  up   0:01,  1 user,  load average: 0.25, 0.13, 0.05
d248:~ # 

... this SLES-12 uses latest systemd-210 from OBS (can be found in project
Base:System:Legacy).
