Citrix workspace app up to the latest version 19.6.0.60 is crashing here, too.
But when starting it with

  ICAROOT=/opt/Citrix/ICAClient
  LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib64/libcrypto.so \
  $ICAROOT/wfica \
    -geometry ${HRES}x${VRES}+0+0 \
    -icaroot $ICAROOT \
    -file $ICAFILE &

i.e. replacing the default crypt library, everything works ok.
So in my case I suspect a problem with openssl.
Don't know if this is the reason for your problem, too.
