well, we can redefine the problem, nitpick on formalities and pass the buck around all day long. In the end that doesn't solve the problem for our users though. Qt applications (ie our *default desktop* in Leap) as well as our default office suite don't show network printers anymore by default. Clearly a regression from 13.2. Very visible here in the office network. Other distributions already noticed the problem years ago and developed patches and filed upstream bugs. Too bad upstream didn't care. Maybe Linux desktops are not their business model anymore. So in the end we as the distribution creator have the problem now. Not in some random leaf package but in the fabulous default desktop! That's why it is a bug in openSUSE.
