Comment # 8 on bug 1095698 from Walther Pelser

The reason for my problem is this:
I build the rpm-package from
dragonplayer-18.07.70git.20180510T033748~59c14fc-22.2.src.rpm. There were old
files in usr/local/lib64/vlc during build. Now I installed 18.04.1-1.1, deleted
the old files and the problem is gone.
