I just copied those files into a Tumbleweed VM and successfully started all
three of them. Only complaint was that they had no executable bit set.

But: I accidentally didn't click anything on the message regarding the
executable bit. After a while (half a minute or so) the second message like the
one you got appeared.

So I assume have to make those desktop files executable by chmod +x or via
right click => Properties => Access Rights => check box at the bottom
