Comment # 2 on bug 1221708 from Martin Jambor

Request https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/1186864 added -fpermissive to
to %{optflags} which makes the package build with GCC 14.

I'm assigning this to myself to check every few years whether we can get rid of
it.
