The only drawback I see when removing those packages / devel references is that
00Meta clearly references them: xdm: Devel;X11:XOrg:42;xdm

I doubt the Maintenance process makes anything out of this info (@Marcus??) -
so leaving that in place and removing the devel prj info would be safe.

Once we are sure not to break maintenance, I will clean up the devel/prj
references in openSUSE:Factory.
