## Observation

cnf-rs was introduced which steps into place of scout-command-not-found by
means of provides/obsoletes

Unfortunately, the main usage of calling 'cnf binname' is not supported.

It would be great to have this command supported with a similar UI/cli
interface, making the transition for users seamless
