Write 13.2 Gnome Live CD to 2GB USB stick using SUSE Studio Imagewriter.
Reboot to USB stick. Boot menu appears. Boot to live system.
I get:
[sde] No Caching mode page found
[sde] Assuming drive cache: write through
Then black screen fading to the green contour lines image.
Then ... no progress ... for a long time (I left it 1/2 hr).
The box is a Dell XPS 420 running 13.1. Live CD for 13.1 boots happily.
Latest Knoppix CD boots happily.
The Live USB stick works on a laptop I have, so it's OK. I've checked md3 &
SHA1 hashes of the downloaded image.
hwinfo & disks config attached.
