What is the rationale behind having it in the first place? One could add a whole lot of options using that so if there is a good reason to keep it (or rather bring it back) as option I'm fine with it but I also try to simplify things over time. And I do not think that a reopen is the correct way to handle it btw. A new bug would have been more appropriate.
